Social Networking Sites

The four social networking sites that I went on was Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. My impressions of Facebook was that there was a lot of posts that were mostly from my friends that I have connected with on the site. This allows for me to see what they share and some personal photos. Facebook also has the messenger feature which allows for a smooth platform to talk to friends and connect with people. Twitter is a little different as I can see all the tweets that the people i follow have either tweeted or retweeted. This is less personal but also has more of a informative feed as I can follow new twitter pages and also even follow the President to see what complaints he has that specific day. Instagram is basically a flood of many photos from various different sources. There isn't much in words but there are many pictures. YouTube is another social media platform that allows for connectivity. This is through both the videos and the comment section. The YouTubers connect with the people through their videos and they can also talk with the commenters. All four allow for connectivity through their website. Facebook definitely feels the most normal and most personal of the four sites while Twitter was less personal but was more informative. Instagram had both videos and images and felt personal while YouTube was connective and also allowed for a many different videos that would reach a large amount of people.
